Job Summary

Technical Account Manager responsible for serving as the primary day-to-day technical contact for assigned customers, providing proactive technical guidance, adoption and workflow optimization, and coordinating escalations across Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations. Collaborates with Customer Success Managers and Implementation teams to ensure customer value, onboarding, production stabilization, and ongoing enablement. Requires 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, a post-secondary degree, and experience with APIs, integrations, and SaaS platforms; strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Hybrid work model with Vancouver, BC HQ and strategic hubs; role involves engagement via Slack, email, and customer meetings, plus participation in QBRs and enablement sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Implementation Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role
  • Post-Secondary Degree or a combination of experience and education
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical escalations involving Support, Product, Engineering, or Operations teams
  • Familiarity with APIs, technical workflows, and operational support models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly guidance
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, APIs, integrations, and workflow-based systems
