Job Summary
Technical Account Manager for Tokyo, responsible for collecting/analyzing configuration information, customer network data, and packet traces; providing installation and configuration assistance; reproducing customer environments on lab equipment; following up on technical cases and reporting status through weekly calls and quarterly site visits; developing best-practice deployment and troubleshooting documentation; and exercising independent judgment to derive results while educating customers on gaps in networking and product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience preferably in the network industry
- Strong network security and routing experiences
- Scripting and Windows server app experience
- Exceptional customer service orientation and strong communications skills
- Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Asset to have CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and/or CISSP certifications
- College degree and/or relevant experience
