Job Summary
Analyze complex network performance data to provide actionable insights and transform technical roadblocks into strategic business opportunities. Serve as the primary advocate for assigned accounts by orchestrating technical success and driving long-term platform adoption. Partner with Engineering, Sales, product, and Customer Success teams to lead periodic business reviews and technical health check-ins, ensuring solutions align with evolving infrastructure goals. Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts with a focus on technical delivery and adoption while translating complex technical concepts for executive-level stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services
- Demonstrated expertise in networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and cloud-native architecture
- Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts with a focus on technical delivery and adoption
