Job Summary
Technical Account Manager for Spanish-speaking customers (Remote, Spain) manages technical contact responsibilities, participates in onboarding, conducts quarterly health checks and business reviews, supports TAM on-call rotation and case escalation, collaborates with engineering, knowledge base, and sales to drive renewals and upsell, and ensures timely resolution of issues. Required: English and Spanish fluency, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in SaaS customer success/technical account management, experience with Windows, enterprise web technologies, and security, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management experience in SaaS organization
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience working with Windows Operating Systems
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
