Job Summary

Technical Account Manager responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, serving as the primary contact for account-related inquiries, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. Create technology roadmaps, participate in budgeting processes, and conduct regular account reviews with forecasting and reporting. Stay informed on industry trends and cybersecurity best practices to advise clients and position TeamLogic IT as a trusted advisor. Expect 5-10% travel for on-site client visits.

Required Qualifications

  • B.A./B.S. degree in a relevant discipline; or equivalent work experience
