Job Summary
Technical Account Manager responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, serving as the primary contact for account-related inquiries, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver strategic guidance on IT services. Create technology roadmaps, participate in budgeting processes, and conduct regular account reviews with forecasting and reporting. Stay informed on industry trends and cybersecurity best practices to advise clients and position TeamLogic IT as a trusted advisor. Expect 5-10% travel for on-site client visits.
Required Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. degree in a relevant discipline; or equivalent work experience
- Customer service-focused mindset
- Proven experience in account management or client relationship management roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
