Job Summary
Technical Account Manager Team Lead responsible for mentoring a TAM team and managing a portfolio of enterprise customers. Lead, coach, and develop TAMs; deliver deep technical customer engagement, proactive insights, and performance recommendations; collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations; drive continuous improvement, playbooks, and best practices. Requires 5+ years in a TAM/CSM role (SaaS preferred), proven leadership, strong technical and analytical skills, and CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce). Location: Auckland, NZ (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a Technical Account Manager, Technical CSM, or similar role (SaaS preferred)
- Proven experience mentoring or leading technical teams
- Strong understanding of software, hardware, and enterprise environments
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
- Ability to manage complex, high-value customer relationships
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce)
