Job Summary
Own end-to-end management of a major US sports client as Technical Account Manager. Drive work across product, engineering, delivery and content to land commitments, ensure quality and substance of whatâs shipped, and act as the clientâs main point of contact including executive requests. Turn client needs into clear priorities, manage roadmap, renewals, and expansions, and produce actionable client reporting. Collaborate across teams to unblock issues, maintain momentum, and align deliverables with the clientâs business goals. Must be proactive, able to handle multiple moving parts, and communicate clearly. The role operates remotely within Canada and requires alignment to US Eastern Time hours; a genuine interest in basketball is preferred. Salary in CAD is CAD 95,000 to CAD 110,000 and is described for full-time permanent employment.â,
