Technical Account Manager for a fully remote, contract-based role focused on a high-profile US sports client. You will own day-to-day account leadership, coordinate across product, engineering, delivery, and content to ensure commitments are met, and drive growth through renewals and expansions. Responsibilities include translating client requests into priorities, owning account planning and reporting, managing incidents and escalations, and delivering high-quality outcomes. The role requires proactive, independent work, ability to handle multiple moving parts, strong client-communication skills, and a genuine interest in basketball. US Eastern Time alignment is required; remote work is supported globally. Familiarity with enterprise client relationships and cross-functional collaboration is key.
Required Qualifications
