Job Summary
Technical Account Manager responsible for the technical operations for clients, coordinating technical issues around online campaign launches and ongoing runs, and supporting integration between RTB House (rtb.com) and client e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with sales to deliver high standards of customer service, monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, and propose optimization opportunities to meet internal and external goals. Required skills include programming or API-based system integration (HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, Python), debugging with tools like Google Chrome DevTools, GA4 experience, and familiarity with MMPs. English fluency, strong analytical abilities, time-management, and a proactive, learner mindset are essential. The role offers flexible working arrangements (remote, office in France, or temporary relocation elsewhere) and a competitive compensation package with an international, cross-functional team.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing
- Experience in one or more programming languages (HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, Python) or API-based systems integration
- Experience with debugging tools (Google Chrome DevTools)
- Experience with Google Analytics 4; MMP knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills
- High motivation and willingness to learn
- Good time management and attention to detail
