Job Summary
Technical Account Manager to oversee technical operations for RTB House clients on the self-service DSP in Spain. You will coordinate all technical issues during online campaign launching and running processes, support technical integration between RTB House and client e-commerce platforms, work with sales to ensure high standards of customer service, monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, and propose optimization solutions to achieve internal and client goals. The role offers flexible working arrangements (remote, or office in Spain, or temporary work from other locations) and includes a competitive compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing
- Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, Python) or experience in the systems integration via API
- Experience with debugging tools (e.g. Google Chrome DevTools), Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in using Google Analytics 4, MMP knowledge will be an advantage
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills are a must
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn
- Good time management skills and attention to detail
