Job Summary
Technical Account Manager to oversee technical operations for clients using a self-service display advertising platform powered by AI. Responsibilities include coordinating technical issues for campaign launches, supporting integration between RTB House and client e-commerce platforms, collaborating with sales to ensure high customer service standards, monitoring and analyzing campaign effectiveness, and proposing optimization solutions to meet internal and external goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing
- Experience in one or more programming languages (HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, Python) or experience in API-based system integration
- Experience with debugging tools (Google Chrome DevTools)
- Experience with Google Analytics 4; MMP knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills
- High motivation and willingness to learn
- Good time management and attention to detail
