Job Summary
Technical Account Manager will guide enterprise customers to success using Comet, champion customer outcomes, align product with strategic goals, manage deployments for data science teams, identify growth within portfolios, conduct regular health checks, collaborate with Customer Engineering, Sales, and Product, drive customer adoption, value, and retention, and continuously improve internal processes to scale the customer success function.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working with data science, machine learning, or data management customers
- 4+ years of managing customer portfolios in a customer success, technical consulting, or related role
- Solid understanding of the ML and MLOps landscape (tools, applications, trends)
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills
- Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers in engineering
- Proven ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus Points for basic knowledge of Python and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience deploying and maintaining software on customer infrastructure
