Job Summary
Technical Account Manager for post-sale lifecycle across a portfolio of enterprise accounts at VISO TRUST. Own adoption, retention, and expansion by guiding onboarding and integrations, driving product usage, and delivering measurable value for customers. Build trusted relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders, coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and surface insights from usage data to optimize outcomes. Act as the voice of the customer to influence product direction and ensure timely resolution of support issues, while pursuing renewal and expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales. Position yourself as a trusted advisor in Cyber Risk and TPRM best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Account Management or Customer Success in B2B SaaS
- Enterprise customer management
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, GRC or TPRM
- Ability to build relationships with technical users and executives
- Analytical mindset for translating data into insights
- Experience managing customer lifecycles including renewals and expansion
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ownership-driven approach in a dynamic environment
