Technical Account Manager - Photonics

Job Summary
Drive revenue growth in laser micromachining services across US markets by deploying consultative sales strategies. Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal engineering/production teams; analyze customer requirements (drawings, materials, tolerances) and propose optimal laser processing solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations; collaborate with engineers on feasibility and manufacturability; manage project delivery with the project management team; maintain accurate forecasts and Salesforce records; stay current on industry trends and technologies. Travel up to 50% for tradeshows, conferences, customer visits, and events. Requires ability to read engineering drawings and specifications; familiarity with laser micromachining and related materials; strong communication and presentation skills; proven ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Physics, or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering.
