Job Summary
Senior Technical Account Manager to manage enterprise customer relationships and provide technical/architectural guidance for Red Hat OpenShift and RHEL. You will perform technical reviews, debug and resolve issues, collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Global Support, contribute to knowledge base, mentor peers, and engage with customers to ensure successful platform adoption and upgrades. Travel within the region to visit customers and events as required; the role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive support, and delivery of best practices across cloud/container technologies. Location in Singapore; multiple work-environment options (office, flex, or remote) depending on role requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, development, engineering, or QA (as applicable)
- Ability to manage and grow enterprise customer relationships
- Experience with Red Hat technologies and cloud/container platforms (RHEL, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
