Job Summary
Technical Account Manager responsible for onboarding and ongoing advisory support for enterprise customers in Sweden with occasional travel for on-site visits. Drive customer success by ensuring Veeam solutions are deployed effectively, align with business continuity and data management objectives, and maximize value. Key duties include leading onboarding and engagement planning, proactive account management with health checks and risk assessments, technical guidance and project coordination (planning, design, and execution of deployments; SOW proposals), issue escalation and advocacy with support/product teams, delivering Quarterly Business Reviews and executive reporting, knowledge transfer through workshops and training (onsite or remote), and ongoing monitoring/documentation of customer environments. Requires deep technical expertise in IT infrastructure (virtualization, Windows/Linux, networking, storage/backup), familiarity with cloud IaaS/PaaS, and strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders from engineers to CIOs. Language fluency in Swedish and English is required. The role combines remote work with travel for customer visits, with a Sweden-based placement and a regional focus on enterprise accounts.
