Job Summary
Technical Account Manager (MSP) acts as a primary technical advisor to clients, guiding technology strategy, risk management, and long-term planning. Responsibilities include managing client environments, developing technology roadmaps aligned to business goals, facilitating strategic planning meetings (QBRs), identifying risks and opportunities across infrastructure, security, and operations, coordinating with service, engineering, and PM teams, and conducting regular onsite client meetings to build relationships. Requires 4+ years IT experience, strong Microsoft stack knowledge (M365, Azure/Entra, Windows Server), client-facing planning experience, and solid troubleshooting across infrastructure. Preferred experience includes MSP tools (ConnectWise Manage, RMM), Power BI, and industry certifications. Travel to client sites is required. Excellent communication, ownership, and ability to work with engineers and business stakeholders are essential.
