Lead contract negotiations, identify evolving client needs, and transform interactions into revenue opportunities while coordinating with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and sustained account growth. Fluent English and German proficiency preferred; strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential to pitch solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant university degree
- 2+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or B2B Sales
