Job Summary
Technical Account Manager responsible for managing an established patch of industrial-sector customers in Western France. Develop and execute customer account plans, align EBV Elektronik’s solutions with customer goals, drive revenue growth, and protect profitability by leveraging supplier partnerships and value-based offerings. Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strategic relationships, conducting business reviews, forecasting the sales pipeline, and coordinating resources to maximize share of wallet and satisfaction. The role requires a strong semiconductor distribution background, an engineering degree or equivalent technical knowledge, and the ability to lead high-value negotiations while mentoring colleagues. Hybrid work setup with ~50% time in the Rennes office, and a focus on growth, profitability, and strategic account management within the semiconductor industry.
Required Qualifications
- Strong commercial understanding of semiconductor distribution, including market dynamics, pricing and supply considerations
- Electronic/engineering degree or equivalent technical knowledge of semiconductors
- Proven experience managing complex, strategic OEM customer accounts
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor technologies, supplier portfolios and competitive landscape
- Trusted technical and commercial partner to customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Ability to lead high-value negotiations and set commercial terms
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
- Experience in solution-based selling and revenue growth through account plans
- Hybrid work arrangement (office and remote) in Rennes, France
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
