Job Summary

Technical Account Manager for India region responsible for the enterprise customers' post-sale technical relationship from pre-go-live scoping through post-launch stabilization and expansion. Owns the full post-sale technical relationship for a book of India-based enterprise accounts, drives go-live with senior technical stakeholders, defines success criteria, designs implementation strategy, leads onboarding reviews, and coordinates with HQ on strategy and roadmap. Independently triages customer technical issues, guides field engineers (FDEs) through implementation, and generates clear bug reports and feature requests. Monitors account health, drives consumption and expansion, surfaces upsell opportunities to Sales, and communicates market-specific context to the product team. Works with remote HQ across time zones and builds the India TAM playbook. Visa sponsorship support is available and assessed case-by-case. Six-plus years of relevant experience and a strong technical, multitasking, and communication skillset are required.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role at a high-growth B2B company
  • Genuinely technical: can read API docs, understand system architecture, triage integration issues, and hold a real conversation with an engineer
  • Proven ability to manage a complex multi-stakeholder book simultaneously
  • Strong project management instincts without being a “project manager”
  • Excellent problem scoper: turns issues into clear problem statements and routes correctly
  • Strong communicator across altitudes: can run standups and QBRs
  • Comfortable operating asynchronously with a remote HQ team
  • Commercially aware: connects customer health to revenue growth
  • High ownership, high autonomy: decisive and accountable for outcomes
  • Fluent with AI agents and tools to manage account load
