Job Summary
Technical Account Manager II within UiPath's Client Success team, focused on driving adoption of Agentic Automation and AI-powered workflows for large enterprise customers. You will partner with executives, COE leaders, architects, and platform owners to define and mature automation strategies, guide cloud adoption and governance, and align technical plans with business KPIs and ROI. Responsibilities include enabling customers on UiPath platform capabilities (Agentic Automation, GenAI integrations, AI Center, Test Cloud, Process Intelligence, Communications Mining), conducting design/code reviews, performing technical health checks, delivering webinars and demos, and managing escalated support with Product Support. The role emphasizes enterprise-scale delivery, cross-functional collaboration, governance and security best practices, and continuous improvement across automation programs. Willingness to travel up to 25% and ability to operate in a hybrid/onsite environment are expected. This position requires a Computer Science or related degree and minimum 5 years of programming and cloud experience, with strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science or relevant degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in programming .NET / Java applications (C#, C++, VB, Java or PowerShell)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); SaaS, hybrid, and cloud-native deployment
- Familiarity with AI-powered automation, Generative AI, LLM-enabled workflows or agentic orchestration concepts
- Experience advising enterprise customers on platform architecture, automation operating models, governance, and scalability
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel for client interactions up to 25% of the time
- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
- Previous experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega or Nice is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive team player with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Hands-on customer-facing, technical account management or technical consulting roles
