Technical Account Manager I

Provide technical advice to customers by supporting inquiries, crafting project solutions, and generating detailed price quotes. Understand customer pain points to deliver troubleshooting services and resolve complaints, while advising on additional product solutions. Maintain close communication with clients and facilitate cross-functional interactions with Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, and Production teams. Organize internal technical training through presentations and demos, demonstrating expertise at trade shows and exhibitions. This role supports PackGene Biotech's mission to accelerate gene therapy product development by offering integrated plasmid, viral vector, and analytical services to the industry.
