Technical Account Manager in Healthcare to guide strategic customers in enterprise automation and Agentic AI programs, serving as trusted technical advisor and hands-on expert across developers, architects, and executives; responsible for technical success, risk assessment, architecture guidance, deployments, health checks, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to realize measurable business value in UiPath Platform deployments.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, Software Engineering, or similar roles
- Direct, hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or architecting solutions on the UiPath Platform
- Strong knowledge of enterprise automation technologies, software development practices, cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture
- Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-powered solutions including prompt engineering, tool/function design, agent orchestration, and output validation
- Experience diagnosing complex technical challenges and delivering practical solutions
- Experience balancing technical advisory work with hands-on execution
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for technical and business audiences
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision
- Experience in fast-moving technology environments
- Customer-facing consulting skills focused on measurable outcomes
- Automation-first mindset with contributions to reusable assets and enablement
