Technical Account Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise nonprofit customer initiatives (integrations, migrations, new product rollouts) and serve as a trusted technical advisor on CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud, HubSpot). Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers to drive adoption, performance, and revenue outcomes; guide change management and executive-facing discussions; troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across APIs and data syncs; reproduce bugs, document issues for Engineering, and ensure timely escalation when needed. Strong project-management skills with experience in API-based integrations, data architecture, and cross-functional collaboration to align technical solutions with customer goals. Demonstrate executive presence in QBRs and strategic discussions and contribute to customer success and growth through technical execution and measurable business impact.
