Job Summary
Technical Account Manager tasked with managing a portfolio of customers, guiding onboarding to ensure customers gain full value, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the relationship. Responsibilities include managing a customer portfolio, guiding onboarding, providing expert advisory services, presenting services to customers, driving product adoption, mitigating renewal risk through internal collaboration, completing initial assessment forms, ensuring customer satisfaction, updating customers on unresolved technical support cases or detections/incidents, organizing and leading periodic calls, proactively informing customers about new releases and EOL updates, and performing additional tasks as directed by management within the department and company. Requires IT-focused education, strong OS knowledge (Windows, macOS, Linux), good analytical skills, and strong English/Italian communication. Primary location: Milan; full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree (completed IT-related education or equivalent qualification)
- 3-4 years of work experience
- Knowledge: Theoretical and practical knowledge in the IT environment
- Understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- High analytical skills and structured way of working
- Language: English B2, Italian native
- Communication: Very good verbal and written communication
