Job Summary
Manage and operate infrastructure services by providing team support, implementing strategies, and troubleshooting system issues to maintain performance and availability. Collaborate with other teams to understand infrastructure requirements for design and implementation, while participating in best practices and process improvements. Assist in developing documentation including policies, procedures, and reports, and optimize resource allocation for infrastructure tasks. Maintain effective communication throughout the process. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in infrastructure technology management. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry
- 2+ years in a similar role
