Job Summary
Technical Account Manager to act as primary liaison for SMB clients, drive customer satisfaction, optimize client infrastructure, deliver technical guidance and training, develop technical roadmaps, and collaboratively improve services with cross-functional teams. Must translate client needs into actionable plans, monitor KPIs, and manage multiple client engagements with strong communication and problem-solving skills; CS/IT background with security, server, and cloud experience and a Bachelor’s in CS or related field preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience in a client-facing, technical account management, or IT sales role
- Strong technical background in security, server administration, cloud computing, and Mac/Windows environments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and advocate for client needs
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for technology and client success
- BS in Computer Science or a related field preferred but not required
