Job Summary

Senior Technical Account Manager responsible for strategic account oversight and proactive technical leadership for premier customers. Acts as the primary technical point of contact for Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market accounts, driving root-cause analysis, translating findings into actionable insights, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to implement fixes with minimal user disruption. Responsibilities include maintaining account health campaigns, creating and improving account-specific technical documentation, managing escalations, developing SQL-based queries to address technical issues, and participating in on-call rotations for upgrades and change management. The role requires advanced analytical skills across hardware, APIs, and databases, familiarity with Motive’s product suite (Compliance, Asset, and Safety), and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. Availability for remote work from Mexico is indicated.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support with a permanent employment status
  • Professional experience in technical support
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
