Job Summary
Independent technical management of 5–10 enterprise customer relationships; act as a trusted advisor for platform usage, integration best practices and architectural decisions; translate complex customer requirements into actionable feature requests and help shape the product roadmap; align business requirements with product capabilities and proactively drive platform usage; coordinate technical escalations with Solution Engineering, Support and Product teams; lead technical QBRs, integration reviews and roadmap-alignment workshops; monitor platform health, usage and KPIs and derive improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- or Masterabschluss in Informatik, Informationssystemen, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Enterprise-E-Commerce, mit SaaS-Plattformen oder in der digitalen Beratung
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in technischen, kundenorientierten Rollen wie TAM, Solution Architect oder Senior Consultant
- Fundiertes Verständnis von E-Commerce-Architekturen einschließlich Storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS sowie ERP-Integrationen
- Vertrautheit mit Headless Commerce und MACH-Prinzipien (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native)
- Starke Fähigkeiten im Lesen von Architekturdiagrammen, API-Dokumentationen sowie in der Arbeit mit REST, GraphQL und Webhooks
