Job Summary
Lead post-sale technical relationships for a portfolio of agency accounts; participate in strategic meetings to support engagements requiring technical consultation; translate company capabilities into client solutions and drive revenue growth; develop project tracking frameworks and report progress to leadership; scope and program manage engineering work to facilitate custom solutions scalable across partners; collaborate with Commercial and Technical teams to identify opportunities and drive efficiency; requires strong technical consulting acumen, relationship management, and the ability to influence clients’ technical investments; experience with SQL, web technologies, APIs, and digital advertising technology is a major plus; 2+ years in a technical client-facing role; proficient with Excel, Office, and Outlook.
