Job Summary
Technical Account Manager responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in assigned accounts, managing service contracts and deliverables, and communicating progress to internal and customer stakeholders. Role emphasizes proactive customer support, lifecycle reporting, measuring and presenting service value, identifying service and system sales opportunities, and collaborating with sales and service teams to drive growth in ABB’s Electrification Service in India. Requires a full-time Electrical Engineering degree, 13–18 years of service sales/market development experience, expertise in value-based selling, and willingness to travel across India. On-site role based in Nashik, Maharashtra, with engagement across pan-India markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (full-time)
- Minimum 13 to 18 years of experience in service sales, market development, and lifecycle business across industrial sectors
- Highly skilled in business development, market analysis, and value-based selling within the electrification/service industry (switchgear, drives, automation)
- Proven expertise in installed base services, retrofit / modernization, and digital solutions
- Strong knowledge of the Indian industrial market, covering steel, cement, oil & gas, utilities, and infrastructure segments
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and driving strategic initiatives
- Willingness to travel pan-India to support business development, client engagement, and project execution
