Job Summary
Lead architecture and technical direction for AI-integrated Python solutions; design and implement LLM-based and agentic AI systems; own presales engagement from discovery through delivery; mentor engineers and lead code reviews; build production-grade Python, RESTful APIs, and scalable cloud architectures; collaborate with client stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor; bring strong experience with FastAPI/Django/Flask, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS services, LLM APIs, and RAG systems.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years building and running production systems
- Strong Python proficiency (OOP, design patterns, clean architecture, performance)
- Experience with RESTful APIs (FastAPI, Django REST, Flask)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience building production LLM-based applications and agentic workflows
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock)
- Experience deploying AI/ML models in production
- Experience with AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR)
- Experience with React/Vue
- AWS and Claude Code Certifications
- Experience in cost estimation and cloud architecture cost optimization
- Experience with testing (pytest, mocks, integration tests)
- Presales & client engagement
- Mentor engineers and lead code reviews
- Strong communication for client-facing demos and technical proposals
- Experience with Streamlit/Gradio (Nice to Have)
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Experience with microservices vs monolith decision making
- Experience with distributed, multicultural teams
- B2+ English
