Job Summary
Lead the technical architecture and delivery for projects using Craft CMS, managing the full lifecycle from concept to quality assurance while mentoring a development team. Collaborate closely with project managers to define concepts and decision frameworks that guide both clients and internal teams. Coach developers on best practices, establish technical standards, and evaluate new technologies to ensure long-term scalability and security. Balance hands-on coding with strategic oversight, translating complex requirements into usable products. Requires strong expertise in frontend frameworks like Vue.js, system architecture, and cloud environments, with a positive mindset and willingness to attend client meetings in Bern or Zürich.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an experienced architect of web solutions
- Solid foundation in Craft CMS or another solid foundation (understanding the mechanics)
- Proficiency in Frontend Frameworks, preferably Vue.js
- Experience in the conception of system architectures
- Experience with integrations (APIs, Shop systems (Shopware), Headless CMS)
- Experience with Cloud environments
- Fluent German
- Willingness to regularly come to the office in Zurich or Bern for customer meetings and internal coordination
Desired Qualifications
- FH/HF degree or equivalent practical experience
- English language skills
