Job Summary
Technical Tender Specialist sought to manage all activities related to preparing technical offers for bids and tenders in architectural and civil/impianti domains. Responsible for in-depth analysis of bid documents and specifications, development of technical contributions (reports, graphical drawings, metric computations), supervision and finalization of technical and methodological offers, and collaboration with internal and external technicians, including members of temporary groups (RTI), to ensure effective synergy. Requirements include a diploma as a surveyor (industrial technician) or a degree in Civil Engineering (plant disciplines) or Architecture (not for plants), at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent organizational/time-management skills, ability to communicate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, strong IT skills including BIM, and English proficiency. Certifications in related fields (fire safety, EGE, acoustics, CAM, LEED, etc) are appreciated. Full-time contract (P.IVA). Locations: Valdarno (Toscana) and Rome (Italy). AMBITO: Industrial/Hospital/Real Estate/Defense and Aerospace.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma di geometra (perito industriale) or Laurea in Ingegneria civile (discipline impiantistiche) or in Architettura (non per gli impianti)
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo
- Abilità di comunicazione e coordinamento con team multidisciplinari, sia interni che esterni
- Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici, inclusi applicativi e software per lo sviluppo delle attività
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
- Utilizzo BIM
- Certificazioni ed abilitazioni professionali specifiche (antincendio, EGE, acustica, CAM, LEED, etc)
