Techical Liaison - Quality Assurance

Job Summary
Ensure all quality control reports are accurately completed, reviewed, and finalized within 24 hours of packing or arrival. Maintain the Master File with origin and destination inspection data while uploading and managing QC documentation in the NetSuite ERP system. Distribute quality reports and feedback to growers, monitor product quality trends, and escalate concerns or non-conformances as needed. Liaise with Supervisors to validate reports and manage follow-up actions for downgraded or rejected stock. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Fluent in English and Spanish with 1–2 years in quality assurance or supply chain. Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or Supply Chain required. Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1–2 years' experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a similar operational role
- Proven ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Persistence and resourcefulness in obtaining and validating information
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally
- Highly organised with strong administrative capabilities
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the fresh produce, agriculture, or berry industry would be highly advantageous
- Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools such as Power BI is advantageous
