Job Summary
The TechEdge Applications Engineer Trainer II role involves setting up and deploying optimized data collection plans and TE models, providing technical support to team members, and delivering straightforward TE solutions targeted at service contract KPIs. Candidates should have knowledge and experience with TE applications, field operation experience, and at least 1 year of hardware experience. A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is preferred, along with problem-solving skills and an understanding of customer operational models.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with TE applications for setting up and deploying AIX Analytics
- Field Operation experience
- Minimum 1-year of hardware experience on at least one tool type
- Problem-solving skills using TE advanced analytics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in high volume 300mm and or Display manufacturing preferred
- Expertise across at least one BU and understanding of customer HVPs
- Basic knowledge of advanced analytics, FDC and applications
