Job Summary
Own, build, and run your TechBio startup within a support network, receiving extensive coaching and access to top founders to reach product-market-fit and scale the business. You’ll receive funding support up to €500k, engage in 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and help build a sales force and marketing engine with guidance from serial entrepreneurs. You’ll be involved in hiring through a vast network (over 50,000 professionals) and work toward securing multi-million euro funding rounds within 12 months. The program emphasizes personal development and leadership as you drive growth, with flexibility to operate from Europe or the Americas or relocate as needed, and a fully remote work setup.
