Job Summary
TechBio Co-Founder / Head of Growth to own, build, and run a startup in TechBio fields. You will receive extensive personal development through a customised programme, get hiring support via our network of over 50,000 professionals, and receive intensive coaching to prepare the startup for multi-million euro funding. Responsibilities include building a scalable sales and marketing engine, guiding product-market-fit iterations, and contributing to fundraising strategies to enable revenues of €100M+. You will work with unicorn-founders, participate in weekly sparring, and be based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation, with 100% remote work available. You are expected to demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional English communication skills.
