Job Summary
TechBio Co-Founder / CSO role focused on building and running a startup within a supportive accelerator-style program. Responsibilities include owning and scaling the startup, iterating the product to reach product-market-fit, building a sales and marketing engine, and coordinating hiring with the network. You will receive intensive coaching from unicorn founders, access to a large founder/investor community, and funding support to raise multi-million-euro rounds. Location is remote with a preference for candidates based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate; strong emphasis on taking full ownership and driving the company toward significant revenue milestones. English proficiency and strong communication are required.
