Job Summary
Own, build, and run your startup in the TechBio field while receiving weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders. Execute an extensive personal development journey focused on goal, time, and energy management to scale the venture to €100M+ in revenues. Iterate your product to reach product-market-fit with support from serial entrepreneurs, then build a sales force or marketing engine. Secure multi-million euro funding within 12 months through intensive coaching and access to a network of over 50,000 professionals. Access top-tier peers, investors, and hiring resources to support outlier personalities in launching €1B+ companies.
Required Qualifications
- You are willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues
- You have excellent communication skills in the English language
- You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate
