The Tech Transfer Lead is a subject matter expert in Manufacturing Operations, responsible for coordinating the transfer of technologies from development to manufacturing and designing robust processes for commercial scale production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in product development, process scale-up, or technology transfer
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Expertise in cGMP manufacturing and related processes
