Job Summary
Tech/Systems Support Analyst Lisbon, Portugal Remote/Home-based role providing first-level support for workstations and applications. Responsibilities include handling technical assistance requests from internal/external customers, clarifying requirements with end users, resolving routine problems, escalating complex issues, and maintaining call information in a database. Requires college certificate or equivalent experience, Spanish native proficiency, English fluency, Spanish fluency, Windows OS and Microsoft Office skills; pharma knowledge and call-center experience are a plus. Required Qualifications
- College certificate or equivalent experience (12 years of studies)
- Knowledge of Pharma industry is a plus
- Previous experience in a Call Center with technology support or clinical a plus
- Mandatory Skills: Spanish Native Speaker, Fluent in English, Fluent in Spanish, Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office
