Job Summary
Tech Support Technician I provides Tier 1 IT support for PC/Mac hardware and software, printers, and peripherals, troubleshooting Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, VPN, and Wi-Fi; assists with onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning via Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, and supports Microsoft 365 administration; maintains IT asset inventory, conducts OS updates and endpoint health checks, and documents troubleshooting steps; collaborates with vendors and supports IT projects and office moves; occasional travel between company locations. Requires High School diploma and 1–3 years of IT support experience; strong customer service and communication skills; familiarity with Windows/macOS, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and ticketing systems preferred.
