Job Summary
Tech Support Specialist provides front-line IT support across Pure Flavor’s Canadian and US operations, delivering deskside and remote assistance to end users. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues; managing end-user devices and accounts; provisioning and deprovisioning access; configuring Windows workstations and endpoint devices via Intune and RMM tools; supporting Zebra warehouse devices and other peripherals; maintaining documentation and asset records; coordinating with ISPs and vendors; providing on-site support at the Romulus, MI distribution center and remote support for other US/Canadian locations; participating in on-call rotations; and ensuring timely resolution of tickets using Autotask or similar systems. Required skills include Windows 10/11 support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, MDM (Intune), basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi), ticketing/ITSM experience, strong communication, confidentiality, and collaborative work style. Preferred but not required are certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft) and experience with ConnectWise Automate or similar tooling, and remote support across North America.
Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 in a business environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and core Office applications
- Familiarity with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with or exposure to MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Experience using a ticketing or ITSM system
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and communicate effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented and able to handle confidential information
