Job Summary
Support Microsoft AD, Azure, Exchange, and modern cloud platforms including Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, and AWS while troubleshooting desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks. Collaborate with teammates to maintain secure, stable customer environments and build trusted relationships with end users. Work alongside senior engineers on project delivery and utilize paid training, certifications, and mentoring to advance technical skills. Solve real problems across desktops, servers, and networking rather than relying on scripts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft environments and end users
- Solid understanding of Windows Server, Exchange and cloud technologies
- Confidence working across desktops, servers and networking
- Experience using ticketing systems and keeping customers informed
- Great communication, genuine curiosity and a love of solving problems
- A team-first attitude and the desire to keep learning
