Job Summary
On-site Technical Support Agent responsible for assisting customers with technical and product issues, configuring systems via phone or remote access, maintaining customer relationships, guiding troubleshooting steps, and supporting the sales team. Requires troubleshooting CCTV systems, networking knowledge (wired and wireless, access points, managed switches, enterprise-grade routers), and a Bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities include diagnosing product issues, collaborating with the billing/support teams, attending manufacturer training, testing returned products, recording support cases, maintaining inventory, ensuring quality and budget adherence, and assisting with in-house assembly/test tasks. Promotions are available for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- One year experience in troubleshooting and installing CCTV systems is required
- Knowledge of wired and wireless networking, including access points, managed switches, and enterprise-grade routers
- Good communication and phone skills, bilingual is preferred
- Able to take multi-task and work under pressure
