Job Summary

Tech Support Analyst responsible for IT incident, problem and service-request management, on-site support in the NYC office (Manhattan West). Lead operations to ensure technology aligns with business objectives, provide IT support for events and VIP meetings, manage IT assets per policy, maintain knowledge of CIO IT products/services, communicate product use cases, and collaborate with local/global teams to deliver cost-efficient services. Requires experience with Windows environments, enterprise ticketing systems, and strong customer-facing skills; role involves hands-on asset management, event support, and delivering high-quality IT service in a fast-paced office setting.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in customer support in a predominately Windows environment
  • Minimum 1+ year experience working with an enterprise ticketing system
  • Minimum 1+ year experience working with customers face to face
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) at indicated levels
  • High School Diploma or GED
