Job Summary
Develop relationships with financial advisors and network office leadership to understand business objectives and support needs. Assist teams in using Northwestern Mutual's technology tools effectively, demonstrating how they enhance client experiences and productivity. Provide advanced project consultation on technology needs, remodels, and office buildouts while managing escalations and enterprise implementation upgrades. Collect feedback from users to relay to Home Office leadership and suggest simple technology applications to improve advisor practices. Facilitate training on technology best practices and help prepare users for new deployments. Handle vendor management for third-party solutions and track engagement activities to expand technical knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 2 years related experiences including consultation experience working with professionals within financial services or similar industry
- Experience coaching and training professionals
- Advanced knowledge in computer, mobile device hardware, and software troubleshooting including proficiency in using software support tool
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proven ability to consult and drive measurable improvements in an outcome-based model
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate groups of people
- This position has been classified as an Associated Person under NMIS guidelines and requires fingerprinting and completion of required form
Desired Qualifications
- Technology support experience preferred
- Ability to understand sales-focused software technology and its benefits
