Job Summary
Conduct live demonstrations, provide technical support and advice, and manage delivery, installation, and setup of technology solutions in stores, homes, and workplaces. Troubleshoot problems while adjusting technical language to suit customers, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to drive the customer experience. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, 45 hours per week, based at the Noel Leeming Wairau Park store. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for technology and experience in sales, installation, or customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Experience & passion in one or more of the following areas: sales, installation, or customer service
- Confidence to set up and install technology
- Superior interpersonal and customer support skills, with the ability to adjust technical language to suit the customer
- Driven, and confident in trouble shooting problems
- Must be able to work Tuesday – Saturday 8:00am – 5:30pm, 45 hours per week
