Job Summary
Conduct road shows, product demonstrations, and on-site activations to promote tile fixing solutions. Train applicators, contractors, and distributor staff on proper product usage and application techniques. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting at project locations while ensuring compliance with company standards and application guidelines. Build and maintain relationships with applicators and distributors to enhance product adoption, assisting the sales team in achieving targets through technical support and customer engagement. Requires hands-on approach with extensive travel, strong practical knowledge of tile fixing and construction practices, and proven problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B-Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in the relevant field
- Strong practical knowledge of tile fixing and construction practices
- Hands-on approach with willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to train and influence applicators and customers
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
